With Wide Mouth Mason in the midst of preparing new music, we’ve taken the time to update our Gigography section with past and future tour dates from 2021 and 2022. For the years prior to 2021, please contact us to provide us with your concert memories that are not yet listed!
As for upcoming gigs, there are two in September 2022 to look forward to!
2022.09.04: Saanich Fair (Saanichton, British Columbia)
2022.09.10: Southside Shuffle @ Memorial Park Festival Grounds (Port Credit, Ontario)
We’re in the process of changing mailing list mediums. For the Wide Mouth Mason website, there is an option to sign up for site updates as we add content. For major announcements, we have set up an mailing list for when new music is in the offing or tour dates (as opposed to one-off gigs) are being scheduled. To ensure you receive news about major Wide Mouth Mason announcements, make sure you sign up here. Our previous ReverbNation-supported mailing list will be phased out in the near future. New music is definitely coming sooner rather than later (and we hope you love the sound of the new album to come!). In the meantime, we’ll see you on the socials: Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
Always
Never
Only
If you say these words we’re through
‘Cause I can’t stand being lied to
By someone I trust like you
She said, “Things are gonna go
The way that they’re supposed to go.”
But I say, “No, things are gonna go
They’re only gonna go.”
She said, “Things are gonna go
The way that they’re supposed to go.”
But I say, “No, things are gonna go
They’re only gonna go.”
Change unchanging I can’t stop it
Moving like it move
I’m no stranger to your answer
It came and it went it’s through
Shrinking in the eyes of all that you would leave to fate
And sliding down the slippery slope by leaving things to late
By leaving things too late
She said, “Things are gonna go
The way that they’re supposed to go.”
But I say, “No, things are gonna go
They’re only gonna go.”
I can’t be with someone whose idea of a parade
Is to walk through a room and stare at every shiny thing
And searches her reflection out in windows on the street
And tries to find her face in my eyes when she’s looking at me
She said, “Things are gonna go
The way that they’re supposed to go.”
But I say, “No, things are gonna go
They’re only gonna go.”
